Mission
The Freshman Leadership Council is the best first step freshman can take on the path to becoming leaders on campus. Our mission is to provide personal, professional, and leadership opportunities for a select group of freshmen students through service, programming, and educational experiences.
Purpose
FLC exists to help cement its council members and alumni as impactful members of the University of Florida community as leaders, team members, and inspirations. Furthermore, our organization aims to establish a vast network of valuable resources and connections our members can turn to to achieve professional development. Through our organization, it is our goal that our council member’s will better understand the “why” behind their aspirations as well as the most effective routes to overall accomplishment. All in all, “It’s the People.”
